Release 1.0.41.

The sign-in, newsletter, tier, plan and override forms no longer hand empty or out-of-range fields to the browser's pop-up message. The site's own message appears under the form, the field is marked and focused, and a screen reader reads the message with the field, the same way every other error on the site works.

After moving to the next or previous chapter with the arrow keys, Space starts and pauses text-to-speech as it does on a freshly opened chapter. It used to do nothing, or start and stop in the same press, because the previous chapter's key handling stayed active next to the new one.

Chapter pages have a few keyboard shortcuts (arrow keys for the previous and next chapter, Space, Escape and Alt with the arrows for text-to-speech). You can now switch them off on your Edit Profile page under Content Preferences, and the Help page lists them under Reading.
Every series has a language, set at the bottom of the series form and defaulting to English. Screen readers use it to read the title, description and chapters with the right pronunciation.
Form errors now point at the field they are about: the sign-in email, the newsletter email, a series, book or chapter title, a tier's name, type or price, a plan's name or delay, an override's series or plan, and the review box. A screen reader reads the message with the field, and the field is marked until you edit it.
An account that is disabled while it is signed in is signed out on its next request and sent to the account disabled page.

With Chrome's text size turned all the way up on a phone, the search box, the rating stars, the cover upload box, the form buttons and the branch dropdown now stay on the screen instead of running off its edge.

Every text box, drop-down, button outline and card border is drawn in a lighter grey so the edges of controls are clear against the dark background, and a focused text box now shows the same blue ring as buttons and links.
The chapter editor's status bar says the state of your local draft and the server copy in words ("Local saved", "Server saving", and so on), and the Help page describes the states the same way.
The content warning picker works with a screen reader: the list announces the highlighted warning, and each selected warning's Remove button can be reached with the keyboard.
The link box in the chapter editor has a labelled URL field and keyboard-operable Save, Edit and Remove buttons.
The schedule plan, override and warning dialogs, the branch dialogs, the draft conflict dialog and the tier dialog keep keyboard focus inside them, close on Escape and return focus to the button that opened them.
Skip to content and chapter-to-chapter navigation move keyboard focus into the page content.
Every form with required fields says that fields marked with an asterisk are required, and the sign-in box says the link works for five minutes.
On screens between phone and desktop width (a tablet, or a laptop at 200% zoom) the search box and account menu no longer sit past the right edge of the page.
Filled rating stars are gold again.
