Focus stays in the form while it sends

Release 1.0.94.

When a form is sending (the login dialog, comments, reviews, the newsletter, the accessibility report, claiming a username), keyboard focus now moves to the form's message line instead of dropping to the top of the page, so a screen reader hears the answer where it lands.
The accessibility page now lists NVDA with Chrome on Windows among the ways the site is tested.

Series and book cards, the "See all" links on the home page and the previous and next chapter links now have names a screen reader reads as words: "Skald Cook by AnderasDrake" instead of "Skald Cookby AnderasDrake".
Searching from the box in the header now moves the reader into the results, so a screen reader announces them instead of staying silent in the search box.
Pressing Follow keeps you on the button and announces its new state, instead of jumping to the top of the page.
Coming back from Stripe Checkout now shows a line saying the Premium subscription is active, or that checkout was cancelled and nothing was charged.
Closing the Change Username dialog puts you back on the Change button.
The Back button now loads the page again instead of showing an older copy of it. Before this, going back after a search could show the header as it was before you logged out.

For admins: the Analytics tab is now shown to, and opens for, the main admin only. Other admins keep the Users, Referral Codes and Classics Library tabs.

Release 1.0.90.

For admins: a book imported into the Classics Library can now be read before it is published. The Series link in the Library table opens the draft series, book and chapters for an admin, with a notice at the top saying it is a draft preview. Readers still see nothing until the book is published.

Release 1.0.89.

The Ranking figure on your Stats tab and on each series dashboard now shows a real number: your place among the site's authors, and the series' place among published series, by how readers follow, review and comment. It is recomputed every hour. The book dashboard no longer shows a ranking, since books are not ranked.
Chapter links on the release calendar are now the site's link colour, so they can be read against the dark background.
Subscribing to the newsletter after moving around the site in place sends one signup, not three, so it no longer uses up your daily signups.
For admins: the Classics Library table now has a search box that finds a book from a partial or misspelt title, author, series or ebook number, shows 25 imports a page, and refreshes itself only while an import is queued or running.
For the main admin: the Users page can now make an account an admin and take that back, with a confirmation, and each change is recorded.
